"I have been a scrapbooker by heart for most of my life, keeping precious letters, photos and memorabilia. I was introduced to scrapbooking in its modern form several years ago when first taking off in Australia. I have been teaching scrapbooking & papercraft for 3-4 yrs. Early this year the decision was made to start an on line scrapbooking & papercraft store.

I had a vision of what I wanted for the website, but not the expertise to build a web site. I was also after a cost effective option, so as to leave more cash flow for purchasing those wonderful scrapbooking products we all love, for stock. I knew I wanted a great site that could be self-managed once set up.

Whilst searching for supplies on a wholesalers' website, I clicked on a bottom page link ‘designed by Studio Downunder '. I contacted Margo Plowright and we spoke at great length about what I was after, the best phone call I could have made. They knew exactly what I was after and went the extra mile to do the background research on the industry and what style web site would suit me. It was recommended I use Ezi Merchant shopping cart software that can be easily self managed and also put me onto My Shop Hosting who offers an extremely competitive and professional web hosting package.

Studio Downunder designs custom built templates to work with the Ezi Merchant software. This is a perfect idea, as you can end up with a professional and individual site at a fraction of the cost of having a web site custom built from scratch with ongoing management fees etc. The team involved with getting my site up and running went all out to provide me superior service, taking me ‘under their wing' doing everything possible to help me create a sensational site.

From this one initial phone call, I was able to have a custom template built to use with the Ezi Merchant software, I was also provided with original professionally taken photograph images to use on the site, web page design and optimisation, web hosting and printable company logos for business cards and stationary.
